Mulberry Scrolls CHAPTER 1

Jiang siblings go to the cultivators’ conference in the Unclean Realm. Young Jiang Cheng must establish himself as a worthy Sect Leader and gain respect of the cultivation world. The more respected he is the more say he has in the global matters and his siblings’ future. Will Yunmeng Jiang emerge from the war strong and prosperous and be just that for the years to come? Oh, and Jiang Cheng can attempt to romance one of the prominent bachelors.

Meant to be played on phones. Android only as iOS doesn’t allow manual app installation.

PC version is in the portrait mode just like Android one.

For the most part it's The Untamed. There wasn't much about the war there, so we don't dig deep either.

THE FEATURES THAT ARE ALREADY HERE:

1. You can earn ROMANCE points through dialogues and gifts. Those you don't romance can then get together, and Jiang Cheng and the player will catch a glimpse of them. Different, even strange, pairings are possible, except for wangxian. In the timeline of the game, Lan Wangji had a crush on Wei Wuxian, but, as in canon, his feelings remain unacknowledged and unanswered.

2. REPUTATION points can also be earned through the dialogues, choices, battles (in the following chapters of the game) and minigames. The more successful you are in these, the more reputation points you get. They have a big influence on further choices and endings.

3. TWO PATHs. The Path is Jiang Cheng's worldview, what he hears, what he agrees with and how he then acts himself. In the first part you can earn one point of one or the other path, depending on who you choose to talk to. The path will then affect the choices available and the approval of this or that character. Whichever Path Jiang Cheng chooses, he will be able to bring a romantic relationship with any of the contenders to a conclusion. Roughly speaking, REPUTATION is what you have to earn for the sect to prosper, and PATH is how you do it.

4. Play how you want, there are no wrong choices. No game over until the very end.

 5. Map. Go where you want, talk to whoever you want. The map shows who's standing where, so you can have a word with anyone you want.

6. You can still pick out Jiang Cheng's outfits.

7. Added facial expressions for the characters!

FEATURES IN FUTURE CHAPTERS:

1. Combat system. Almost done. Jiang Cheng will fight monsters and humans, which will bring him REPUTATION. Or it won't, if he suffers defeats.

2. More outfits for Jiang Cheng, including upper hanfus. We didn't put them in this version.

3. Gallery. There will be your achievements and CGs.

INSTALLATION AND VERSIONS You may encounter different artifacts on your PC, because we mostly emulated on phones. You may encounter weird text formatting. But on the PC (and Mac, maybe we still do not have one to test) there is a skip (pressed Ctrl), and the Space bar scrolls through the dialogue. Use english layout to press "a" for auto-reading. On the phone, just download the new version and install it over the old one (the process is automatic, your saves will remain intact). In rare cases, you may be need to allow installation from unknown sources. On PC, unzip wherever you want and run exe. This part is better to start from the beginning (just press ctrl to skip the text already read). In the future, you can run old saves, next time we will tell you how to do it.

BUGS Tends to sometimes (not often) crash on Android 11. This is due to specific interaction of the game engine with the latest android os. Earlier versions are fine. Can usually be solved with reinstalling. PLEASE SAVE your progress from time to time.
