Look at the two fellas above... Honestly, when I first saw the title, my first thought wasn't at all that it's a kink game.. But, the idea is pretty cool actually, we have visualization and (sorta) medical terminology for the traumas and fractures. I think.. That's a great way to implement wounds into storytelling or some roleplay related stuff without taking too much time finding information for visuals and ideas (???) If that makes sense. At least, that's my second thought.
As for the gameplay, it's dull. Would've love to see more customization or/and implemented traumas.
Music is good-ish for the short game like this, kinda gives medical vibes.

Yeah, that would be awesome. With unlimited time and resources we'd actually love to make the "take care of an injured young man" simulator. Crutches, wheelchair, special bed for the comfortable bed rest. Pillows, bedpan and such.
I think this guy reached great balance here. Injuries are pretty serious but not so grave they'll get in the way of pleasure. Requires a lot of help and care.
Yeah you are right, with this kind of injuries the help is mainly needed during the initial healing process. Then the guy could do almost anything on his own albeit facing some difficulties.
Walking stick is a must have. Or maybe crutches?..
Oh. Well, what would a medical kink game be without sexualizing injuries, the injured, medical procedures and hospital staff? Should we all pretend we're here for the pre-med training?

Imagine being this guy
I made him this so he could exert some effort in the restroom. He'll have a walking stick as a substitute for his missing leg and he'll be fine.
No help is required (or maybe a little depending on the spine fracture.)
