When you create it let me know
the game could have crutches and after creating the injury we can take care of them in a virtual world in the game itself in a house where he can move sit lie down
Yeah, that would be awesome. With unlimited time and resources we'd actually love to make the "take care of an injured young man" simulator. Crutches, wheelchair, special bed for the comfortable bed rest. Pillows, bedpan and such.

Imagine being this guy
I made him this so he could exert some effort in the restroom. He'll have a walking stick as a substitute for his missing leg and he'll be fine.
No help is required (or maybe a little depending on the spine fracture.)
Yeah you are right, with this kind of injuries the help is mainly needed during the initial healing process. Then the guy could do almost anything on his own albeit facing some difficulties.
Walking stick is a must have. Or maybe crutches?..
